Kevin Ivey is a generous supporter of high school sports in Nevada County and has helped many athletes achieve their goals. "I was on Hospice and could not get up or walk. I was in bed for 4 months. I could not move my legs or lift them. After several weeks of Physical Therapy with Kevin Ivey, each week I improved. After several months I started to stand up by myself, use weights, walk with a walker. I exercised each day to get stronger. I graduated from Hospice, can transfer in and out of bed by myself, walk to the bathroom alone, and am participating in many activities offered at my care facility. After 5 months, I am walking by myself!! Thank you Kevin Ivey."

Kevin and his staff got me through a really tough time. I had the misfortune of developing adhesive capsulitis, aka frozen shoulder, and the long grueling therapy could easily have gotten me down and discouraged. Kevin's "healing hands" - as well as his skill as both coach and cheerleader - kept me doing the work and got me through it. MICHAEL
At the beginning of my physical therapy experience my left shoulder was disfigured as all three ligaments were destroyed. I met with Darcy for 12 sessions to build up the muscles surrounding the injury prior to surgery. Following surgery, I met with Brittany for another 12 sessions to restore my range of motion, as well as strengthening the muscles which had atrophied post surgery. I can now honestly say that after surgery and physical therapy that my shoulder is in better condition then prior to my accident.

My sessions here have been wonderful, mainly because of the great interest showed to me by Darcy. She really cared about getting me better. It showed in everything she did for me. The entire staff is the greatest. My appointments were always on time. I am actually going to miss not having therapy.
